Terms and Conditions

Payment plans are available. First payment is R1 500 upon purchase. The next R1 000 is due before the start date. The final R1 000 is due at the end of April.

WeLearnIT Tutor's Responsibilities

1. Attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time.
2. As noted above, the total fees for the course are R3 500.
3. Provide 24-hour advance notice if unable to attend a scheduled class.
4. Assist students in identifying areas of difficulty and use examples to demonstrate concepts.
5. Provide feedback and guidance on student work and progress.
6. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
7. Have a thorough understanding of the course materials and resources available.

Parent Responsibilities

1. Pay tuition fees on time, as outlined in the agreement with WeLearnIT.
2. Ensure their child attends all scheduled classes and inform WeLearnIT if their child will not be attending.
3. Monitor their child's progress and assist them in completing homework and assignments.
4. Provide constructive feedback to WeLearnIT about their child's learning experience.
5. Encourage their child to take an active role in their education and participate in workshops and online resources.
6. Keep WeLearnIT informed about any health, social, or family issues that may impact their child's education.

Student Responsibilities

1. Attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time.
2. Notify the tutor in advance if unable to attend a scheduled class.
3. Come prepared to each class with necessary materials, including a laptop or tablet, textbook, notes, and other materials.
4. Participate actively in class, ask questions, and complete assignments.
5. Take ownership of their education by seeking additional resources and participating in workshops.
6. Keep the tutor informed of their progress and share any feedback or questions they have.

By enroling a child in the tech training courses, parents or legal guardians agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
